Temperature from ambient to 200°C. is controlled by a digital thermoregulator-indicator.
The ovens are equipped of a dual safety thermostat with higher thermic threshold to prevent accidental over-temperatures, and to ensure safe working conditions.
The oven is supplied complete with two grid shelves easily removable and that can be positioned at various heights, pilot light, exhaust holes for fast cooling.
