Return of goods
Matest products can be checked and, if necessary, repaired at our factory in Italy by using only original spare parts.
Before sending the goods back, ask for the Return to Vendor’s Number (RTV) to our sales department by filling the “Return to Vendor’s form
Any return must be approved prior shipping: goods received without permission will be bounced back.

All Matest products are supplied with the relevant operating manuals. If needed, manuals can be requested to our sales department or to your nearest dealer/distributor by providing the complete serial number of the purchased equipment.
