The APS Automatic Pave Saw by Matest is a fully automated asphalt cutting system designed for fast, precise, and safe preparation of test specimens. It accurately cuts rectangular beams, trapezoidal prisms, overlay specimens, semi-circular specimens, and cylindrical trims for AASHTO, ASTM, and EN standards.

Equipped with the iTouch electronic control unit with colour touch-screen, the APS allows perfect cutting without manual measurements. Its sturdy frame and corrosion-resistant stainless steel work surface ensure long-term durability while handling heavy samples. The protective enclosure with integrated water spray containment and safety interlocks guarantees maximum operator safety. Cutting capacity includes prismatic specimens up to 200 mm high, 500 mm long, and cylindrical specimens up to 150 mm diameter. Adjustable guides and rulers allow all common and custom dimensions.
