ISO 9001:  Certified manufacturer

Since 2005 Matest quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001 Standard for the “Design, manufacture and sale of machines, equipment and measuring instruments for building materials testing and inspection”.

Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision that helps to improve overall performance, thanks to the involvement of all stakeholders, as declared on our Quality Policy

Matest is also accredited as Calibration Laboratory Lat No. 214 for force testing of compression machines and material testing equipment, in compliance with EN ISO/IEC 17025 and EA/ILAC requirements.

The accreditation has then been extended to the calibration of the following testing equipment machines:

  • Compression frames for tests on bitumen and soil
  • Marshall and CBR frames
  • Tensile splitting frames
  • Pullout and plate bearing test
