Concrete paving flags. Requirements and test methods.
This European standard specifies materials, properties, requirements and test methods for unreinforced concrete paving flags and complementary fittings. It applies to precast concrete flags and complementary fittings intended for use in trafficked paved areas and on roofs. Where these units are to be subjected to the regular passage of studded tyres, additional requirements may be needed in some cases. This standard does not cover the visibility or tactility of the flags, nor permeable flags. This standard covers the marking of the product and the evaluation of its conformity with this European standard.
