Establishes the procedures for determining the free expansion, in the plastic state, of expansive cement mortars for anchoring mixed with water. The free expansion in the plastic state of expansive cement mortars for anchoring is determined on the basis of the change in volume (expansion or contraction) occurring in the suitable container in which the mortar has been settled, measured by means of two micrometer screws arranged on a double-measurement bridge.
