Designed for advanced thermal processes, this 1100 °C muffle furnace with a 25.4-litre chamber is especially suited for testing the thermal shock resistance of aggregates, fully compliant with EN 1367-5.

With a refractory ceramic chamber, ±1 °C thermal stability, and excellent heat uniformity, the furnace provides optimal conditions for accurate and repeatable results.

The insulated structure minimizes heat dispersion, improving safety and energy efficiency. A digital temperature controller allows precise regulation throughout the cycle.

Thanks to its larger volume, the furnace can also accommodate bigger samples or multiple specimens at once, increasing testing productivity.

This model is also available in a 1200 °C version (A023-01), offering greater flexibility for more demanding applications.
