The solvent-based system (compatible with tetrachloroethylene, trichloroethylene, or methylene chloride) separates aggregates, filler, and bitumen with unmatched precision. The recovered filler is collected via high-speed centrifugation, while the bitumen solution can be processed for further analysis (e.g. DSR, DTT, BBR).
Management is intuitive and flexible via a 7’’ touch-screen interface, where operators can customize test profiles, manage multiple cycles, and monitor safety alerts in real time.
