Automatic Tensile/Compression Machine Servo-Plus

The Automatic Tensile/Compression Machine Servo-Plus Progress is designed for testing steel reinforcement bars and concrete specimens. It performs:

• Tensile tests on steel rebars from 4 to 25 mm diameter and flat bars up to 25×15 mm
• Compression tests on concrete cubes (max 150 mm side) and cylinders (max Ø160×320 mm)

The machine features a robust four-column load frame for maximum stability. The double-action loading piston is rectified, lapped, and equipped with hydraulic max/min stroke safety devices to prevent damage from incorrect operation.

Grips are made from a single block of high-resistance steel. The “V” auto-clamping design ensures quick and safe specimen handling, while the locking system maintains secure grip after failure. Supplied with a pair of jaw-holders; hardened jaws and test accessories must be ordered separately.
