Unitronic 200 kN Universal Testing Machine

The Unitronic 200 kN is a versatile electromechanical universal testing machine designed for precise compression, flexural, and tensile testing of a wide range of materials including soil, asphalt, concrete, cement, metals, plastics, rocks, wood, and paper. Equipped with a touch-screen interface and automatic load or displacement/deformation control, it ensures highly accurate and repeatable results for laboratories, research centers, and quality control applications worldwide.

The load is applied via a mechanical jack driven by a brushless closed-loop motor with optical encoder, controlled by a microprocessor for precise load application. The frame features adjustable upper crosshead, mobile lower crosshead, recirculating ball screw, and rotating lead for stable and uniform testing.

The machine includes a 200 kN electric load cell, crosshead displacement device, and lower compression platens. Accessories and software for specific tests must be ordered separately. Intermediate load cells can be added to extend testing capacity up to the machine’s maximum.
