Designed for large-scale testing and thermal treatment, the 420-litre high-end laboratory oven by Matest combines capacity, control, and compliance in a powerful and precise package.
With dual front doors, a wide internal chamber, and forced air circulation, this oven ensures exceptional heat distribution even across large batches of material.
Built to meet strict testing standards, it offers ±0.3 °C precision and ±2% temperature uniformity, controlled via an advanced PID digital microprocessor with dual display and fan speed regulation.
Its robust double-walled construction, insulated with 60 mm asbestos-free rock wool, guarantees excellent thermal stability. A silicone gasket ensures an airtight seal, while thermomagnetic and OTP protection systems maintain safety under continuous operation.
The oven is supplied with two removable stainless steel shelves, exhaust ports for fast cooling, and manually adjustable air outlet valves for environmental control.
