The high-performance Ductilometer with Data Acquisition has been developed and manufactured for ductility tests and advanced research applications.
Equipped with a stepper motor, it offers a wide and precise speed range—from 1 to 400 mm/min—combined with a digital displacement measuring system for accurate and repeatable results.
The system allows the simultaneous testing of up to three specimens, with an integrated 500 N high-capacity electric load cell (upgradeable to three cells directly by the end user).
Automatic start positioning ensures consistent test initiation, while the colour touch-screen unit provides live visualization of elongation (mm), the load/elongation chart, maximum elongation before breaking, absorbed energy calculation, and continuous temperature recording throughout the test.
The Cyber-Plus Progress system enables direct printing of test certificates and full data management, with UTM NET software included for exporting and reviewing results on PC.
