A022 Muffle Furnace 8.4 L – Digital Temp Control up to 1100 °C

The Matest muffle furnace with 1100 °C maximum temperature is designed for high-precision thermal treatments and residue analysis in compliance with EN 12697-1 (clause C).

Its robust sheet-steel structure and die-cast steel front panel resist corrosion and acidic fumes, while the internal chamber, made of refractory material, ensures excellent temperature uniformity and stability (±1 °C).

The ceramic fibre insulation significantly reduces heat loss and improves energy efficiency, making this furnace ideal for repeated lab operations. Temperature control is managed via a digital thermostat for consistent and repeatable heating cycles.

Particularly recommended for determining residual mineral content in bituminous mixtures, ash analysis, and general high-temperature treatments.

Not suitable for testing aggressive chemical samples.

This model is also available in a 1200 °C version (A022-01), identical in structure and specifications, designed for more demanding thermal treatments where extended temperature range is required.
