The system features a robust steel base frame designed to support stainless steel cylinders (available separately). The test involves rotating aggregates with water and steel spheres inside the drum, simulating real abrasion conditions under controlled parameters.
The machine is operated via a separate digital control panel, equipped with a presettable automatic revolutions counter, allowing precise cycle control and repeatable testing results. The panel can be either bench-mounted or wall-mounted, offering installation flexibility.
The equipment is supplied without stainless steel cylinders and spheres, which must be ordered based on the required standard.
The machine is not CE compliant unless used with the dedicated safety cabinet (model A077-01), available as an optional accessory.
