Gyromec is an electromechanical gyratory compactor designed to simulate the kneading and compaction of concrete mixes in precast production lines. It ensures precise and reproducible results for both quality control and research applications.

Load is applied via an electro-mechanical cylinder with an integrated load cell on the vertical actuator, providing accurate load measurement. The machine operates according to NT Build 427, with dedicated firmware that can be customized for specific testing requirements.

Ideal for testing no-slump concrete, mix design verification, product development, and precast quality control.

  • Compacted specimen size: Ø 100 and 150 mm; height from 0 to 200 mm for both sizes.
  • Mould dimensions: internal Ø 100 mm and Ø 150 mm; height 250 mm for both moulds.
  • Adjustable from 0 to 3° (preset in the factory to 2° 17’’ according to NT build 427).
  • Number of cycles (gyratory): adjustable from 1 to 5000.
  • Gyration rate: adjustable from 5 to 60 work cycles/min.
  • The electronic system automatically controls and adjusts the specimen's vertical pressure.
  • Applied pressure: up to 1000 kPa for Ø 150 mm specimen, up to 2300 kPa for Ø 100 mm specimen.
