Automatic Concrete and Material Grinding Machine

The Automatic Grinding Machine is engineered for precise grinding and polishing of concrete cubes and cylinders, blocks, natural stones, rocks, and ceramic materials. Specimens can be securely fixed to the table using proper locking stirrups (see accessories), enabling simultaneous processing of:

• 3 cube specimens, 100 mm side
• 3 cube specimens, 150 mm side
• 2 cube specimens, 200 mm side
• 2 cylinder specimens Ø 100x200, 110x220, 150x300, 160x320 mm
• 1 block with maximum dimensions 390x250 mm

The grinding head features radial movement with an end-of-stroke system, allowing fully automatic displacement in both directions. The column is fully protected against abrasive dust, while vertical lowering of the head is achieved with infinitesimal adjustments via the top handwheel with 0.05 mm graduations.

Constructed from a rugged plate, the machine comes complete with a control panel, coolant/decantation tank (for water and emulsifying oil), motor pump, set of abrasive sectors, and a safety chip guard that automatically stops the machine when removed. Locking stirrups and 8 diamond sectors are not included in the standard supply and must be ordered separately.
