Elastic Modulus on Concrete

The Elastic Modulus on Concrete system is designed for the automatic determination of the secant compression elastic modulus on concrete specimens. The system operates with pace rate control, even during load release, ensuring precise measurement throughout the test.

It can be integrated with Matest high-stability load frames of 2000, 3000, 4000 or 5000 kN capacity and paired with the Servo-Plus Progress (mod. C104N) automatic servo-controlled system.

The system is fully automated, providing load application, measurement, data acquisition, and processing in compliance with the latest international standards.

The software SSW-UTM2 is not included and must be ordered separately.

System components:

  • Hydraulic System: High-performance valve controlled by a stepper motor for precise pace rate management.
  • Electronic Measurement: Control and data processing unit with up to 8 channels, 24-bit ADCs.
  • In-built firmware for elastic modulus on concrete: The firmware allows setting the initial parameters and obtaining final results locally, according to the relevant Standards. The PC software can be purchased separately (see accessories).
  • Extensometers: Not included; see accessories.
