The DTS-16 Dynamic Testing System is a servo-pneumatic testing machine designed for high-precision dynamic testing of asphalt, soil, unbound granular materials, fibres, and plastics. Utilizing a digitally controlled pneumatic servo valve, the DTS-16 delivers accurate loading wave shapes up to 70 Hz for tension and compression applications.
The system features a 16 kN servo-pneumatic actuator with LVDT (30 mm stroke) and a ±20 kN load cell, mounted on a 20 kN load frame with manual crosshead, enabling reliable testing under various conditions.
Integration with Pavetest CDAS2 digital controller and TestLab software ensures precise test control, data acquisition, and advanced data analysis. The system includes a full complement of accessories and hardware for seamless operation.
Note: The DTS-16 requires pressurized air (minimum 7 bar, not included) for operation. An air reservoir assembly with a membrane dryer is supplied as part of the package.
