Flexural Testing Machine 150 kN - Open Sided Frame

The Matest 150 kN Open Sided Frame is designed for flexural testing of large or irregular concrete specimens, including joists up to 200x200x800 mm, flat blocks, slabs, curbs, and floor beams, as well as products up to 600x250 mm with a maximum distance from the lower rollers of 1325 mm.

The open-sided frame allows easy and fast positioning of specimens between the rollers. It features a maximum vertical daylight of 260 mm, with intermediate positions at 210, 160, 110, and 60 mm. The rollers measure 40x613 mm, and the ram travel reaches approximately 110 mm. A simple action piston with counterweights minimizes friction, ensuring smooth operation and accurate load application.

Motorized models operate on 230V 1ph 50Hz 750W, with dimensions 1400x1200x1430 mm and a weight of approximately 350 kg. The machine achieves class 1.0 calibration accuracy, delivering reliable and repeatable flexural testing results.
