Universal flexural and transverse machine 150 kN

The Matest Universal Flexural and Transverse Machine 150 kN is designed for testing a wide range of concrete specimens, including joists up to 200x200x800 mm, flat blocks, slabs, curbs, concrete pipes, and floor beams, as well as products up to 550x550 mm with lower roll length up to 1325 mm.

The machine features adjustable vertical daylight from 65 to 825 mm, set by hand winch with counterweights every 76 mm. It includes four adjustable and articulated rollers for two-point loading, with distances between lower rollers from 75 to 1325 mm and upper rollers from 75 to 575 mm. The rollers measure 40x613 mm, and ram travel reaches approximately 110 mm, with a simple action piston to optimize friction.

Motorized models operate on 230V 1ph 50Hz 750W, with dimensions 970x1400x2000 mm and weight 800–850 kg, ensuring accurate, reliable, and repeatable flexural testing.
