Flexural Testing Machine 150 kN

The Matest 150 kN flexural testing machine is designed for precise and reliable concrete testing of small to medium specimens. It features a maximum vertical daylight of 160 mm between upper and lower rollers, with rollers measuring 40x160 mm. The machine includes four adjustable and articulated rollers, with lower rollers adjustable from 100 to 455 mm and upper rollers from 40 to 155 mm.

Equipped with a 250 mm gauge with 0.5 kN divisions, the machine ensures accurate load measurement. The ram travel reaches approximately 50 mm, and a hydraulic device stops the piston at maximum excursion to protect the system.

Motorized models operate on 230V 1ph 50Hz 750W, with dimensions of 540x460x960 mm and weight ranging from 180 to 240 kg. The machine achieves class 1.0 calibration accuracy, guaranteeing repeatable and standardized results for laboratory concrete testing.
